WomanCode Academy is the training program designed to develop the digital, professional, entrepreneurial and leadership skills of women and girls.
Depending on the session, beneficiaries can discover different digital tools and careers, including IT, community management and video editing.
To give participants skills they can use in their studies, their professional path, their entrepreneurial activity or their projects.
WomanCode Academy runs in Brazzaville and, progressively, in more than ten localities in Congo, both in person and online. Its graduates join the WomanCode ambassadors network and become agents of change in their communities.
